Processing & Production Times
All products are custom-made to order and created with care by Taylormade&I Designs. Production times typically range from 3–10 business days, depending on the product, order size, and current workload.
As each item is personalised and handcrafted, turnaround times may vary during busy periods. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order to discuss availability.
Please note that selecting Express Post at checkout only speeds up the shipping process once your order has been completed and dispatched. It does not move your order ahead in my production queue.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post or the selected courier service.
For estimated delivery times, please visit the Australia Post postage calculator and enter 2402 (Warialda, NSW) as the sending postcode and your postcode as the destination.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact Australia Post directly and quote your tracking number.

All shipping options include tracking where applicable.
International Orders, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees, or regulatory charges imposed by their destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are payable by the customer upon arrival of the parcel if required.

Customs & Brokerage Fees
Any customs clearance, brokerage, handling, or import processing fees charged by postal services or customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by the destination country and carrier and must be paid by the recipient before delivery if applicable.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is managed by the postal carrier. Taylormade&I Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will assist customers in lodging enquiries where possible.
